• Our bank details are provided on our fee notes and we would recommend that these are always verified by telephoning our office before transferring any funds. We cannot accept responsibility if you transfer funds to an incorrect bank account.
• Our Bank account details WILL NOT change during the course of a transaction and WE WILL NEVER change our bank account details via email. Any indication to the contrary is likely to be fraudulent and should be brought to the attention of the solicitor responsible for the transaction by telephone.
• For payments to you, we will not accept any change to your bank details without additional documentation and confirmation being provided.
• Please always check the email address, particularly the full domain name, to ensure you are corresponding with one of our staff. For example a change of domain to .com from .co.uk indicates you are not communicating with one of our staff. If you have any concerns please phone the office to verify.
